Where Andy Started
Born Urban. Raised Suburban.
I was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Like many families across our state, mine made the difficult decision to leave the city and move to Franklin so I could grow up with better schools, a safer environment, and greater opportunity. Even after we moved, Milwaukee never stopped being a part of my life. Many weekends were spent traveling back into the city to visit family, and long drives north to Ashland County to see my grandparents helped ground me in Wisconsin’s diverse communities and values.
From a young age, I developed a deep love for America and for Wisconsin. I grew up watching fireworks over the Milwaukee lakefront on the Fourth of July, standing along parade routes, including one where I met Paul Ryan with my dad, and spending Sundays in church. I sat in the stands at Packers and Brewers games, experiencing firsthand the pride, unity, and spirit that define our state.
Looking back, those memories still feel almost idealized, not because they were perfect, but because they shaped who I am. They gave me a profound appreciation for community, tradition, opportunity, and the belief that Wisconsin should always be a place where families can build a better life.

Feeling the Pain. Understanding the Need.
As I entered adulthood, I did what so many hardworking Wisconsinites do: I got a job at 16 and I’ve worked ever since. Over the years, I’ve been in different industries and workplaces, and I’ve watched people pushed to their breaking point by systems that no longer value them, and corporations that treat workers as disposable. When I went to school, I faced skyrocketing tuition costs, only to watch the world shut down during COVID while students were left struggling. I did what was expected (studied, worked hard, earned multiple degrees) only to graduate into a world where good jobs are harder to find, wages haven’t kept up with reality, and we’re told to compete harder even as opportunities shrink.
Meanwhile, the cost of living has exploded. The average home is nearly $400,000, and families are being priced out of the very communities they grew up in. The rural towns I drove through as a kid, once proud, active places, are now struggling, abandoned, and hurting. I see inner-city neighborhoods dealing with poverty, neglect, and streets filled with litter. I meet farmers battling serious health problems while being denied the care they need. I talk to young parents who just want to raise their kids in a state that gives them hope.
And I am angry, not out of bitterness, but because Wisconsin deserves better. We deserve a future where hard work actually leads to stability. Where communities, both rural and urban, are supported, not ignored. Where families can build a life instead of constantly fighting just to stay afloat.

My Commitment
This is our campaign. This is a movement to fix Wisconsin.
I believe the state of our state is dire. Homelessness is rising. Wages are stagnating. Healthcare workers are overwhelmed and undervalued. Housing is becoming unaffordable and quality jobs are harder to find. The middle class is shrinking while the wealthy grow wealthier and working families fall further behind.
The system is failing ordinary people and it needs real reform. I have met people living in trailer parks where the water is unsafe and the owners do not care. I work in healthcare and I see every walk of life. I see struggle. I see exhaustion. I see people who just want a fair chance to provide for their families and build a future.
I am righteously angry because Wisconsin deserves better. Together we will reclaim our state and chart a new and better course forward. A future where people do more than survive. A future where they can truly thrive. A future where upward mobility is real and families can build stability and hope. A future where we leave the next generation better off than we found it.
This is not just a campaign. This is a fight for dignity, opportunity, and the soul of Wisconsin. And we are ready to win it.
